Benoît Croizard's talent colours gastronomy with a very contemporary freshness. His personal approach to local produce makes for a real symphony of flavours. Everything is carefully thought out, the dishes are the perfect marriage of taste and professional know-how. The black pork chop from Bigorre goes well with the Tarbais beans, the red tuna comes directly from Saint-Jean-de-Luz and the foie gras is accompanied by onion chutney from Trébons and a tasty melon. The design atmosphere is as bright as the menu.

We spent a interlude tasting: a sought cuisine with flavours, combined with a touch of exoticism. Softness- surprises that complete a menu already very attractive. Cuisine - a perfect cooking fish very noticeable. Excellent value for money, undoubtedly.
In short, I sense that this place will become for us classic special occasions.
