MÉDIATHÈQUE SIMONE VEIL
A place full of history, the Simone Veil Media Library has existed since 1854 in the spa town of Bagnères-de-Bigorre. Many of its works were bequeathed by personalities from Bagnères in the 19th century. Within the library, visitors will find a large local collection, notably the Vaussenat collection (1,500 documents) and the Privat collection (3,400 documents). Its teams work for the accessibility of reading, proposing the consultation and the loan of documents for children and adults (books, magazines, CDs, DVDs) as well as cultural actions all year round.
