Annie and Arnaud invite you to discover their rustic inn nestled at the foot of the Tourmalet, where local cuisine is enjoyed by the fireside. In this ancient bicentennial barn, savor their specialties, such as the three-meat brasérade you can cook yourself, or the whole duck breast with jurançon caramel sauce. De délicieux plats du terroir : raclette,fondue savoyarde, raclette au 3 fromages,
et spécialité maison les brasérades aux 3 viandes et 3 fromages...
Un classique pour nous quand nous venons à Barèges, mais attention il faut réserver car très connu et prisé.
