The Cirque du Lys ski area, one of two attached to the Cauterets resort, boasts the highest snowfall in the French Pyrenees. Offering 36 km of runs at altitudes between 1,730 and 2,450 meters, it features a wide variety of itineraries, served by 13 lifts. Accessible in 12 minutes by the Lys gondola, the heart of the resort houses a ski school, a snow garden and a high-altitude restaurant. The 20 runs include challenging descents, a slalom run and a renowned snowpark.

J' avais gardé un mauvais souvenir de cette station, froide, pistes trop difficiles pour moi et il faut payer pour monter même si on ne ski pas. Cette année je l'ai redécouverte avec des nouveautés et bien plus plaisante et vivante! j'ai apprécié ces changements et j'y retournerai.
