Family-run poultry farming and processing, offering a wide range of quality products.
In the 1950s, the Labadie family bought Le Cabier and cultivated cereals, then began raising chickens. Today, over 70,000 chickens, ducks, capons and guinea fowl are raised on the farm, fed on corn and sunflower. You'll find whole birds and preserves: chicken pâté, chicken in jelly, capon fillets and confits, as well as boneless roasts stuffed with prunes or porcini mushrooms. Direct sales at the farm and at local markets.
