Family-run poultry farming and processing, offering a wide range of quality products.
In the 1950s, the Labadie family acquired Le Cabier, first growing cereals, then raising chickens. Today, over 70,000 birds are raised on the farm, fed on corn and sunflower. You'll find whole birds, preserves such as chicken pâté, chicken in jelly, capon fillets and confits, as well as boneless roasts stuffed with prunes or porcini mushrooms. Direct sales at the farm and at local markets.
