An excellent local cuisine, home-made, in a restaurant at the foot of the Notre-Dame d'Héas chapel.

The establishment offers an incomparable bucolic setting at the foot of the Notre-Dame d'Héas chapel. Using fresh produce and homemade dishes, Soizic Plat offers an excellent, generous and varied local cuisine. The porcini omelette, smoked Pyrenean trout salad, veal axoa and lamb stew are particularly tempting. Gourmets will melt with the nougat glacé, or the brioche perdue with salted butter caramel. Four simple, comfortable rooms and two Mongolian yurts in the garden for the summer months.

Situé au pied de la chapelle, cette auberge bénéficie d'un cadre exceptionnel et propose une belle carte de plats régionaux, garbure bigourdane (soupe de légumes et haricots tarbais avec confit de canard), civet de mouton et au dessert, un clafoutis de myrtilles.
