BOUCHERIE GARENS

The Garens butchery is a family butchery, Jérôme took over from his father. You know when you come in that you'll be satisfied, because everything reminds you of the butcher's shop you love: the wooded log, the display that makes you want to come in, the well-crafted cuts (sleeved ribs...). The meat (beef, veal, lamb, pork, poultry) comes from local breeders and is selected according to the way it is reared and the breed (Blonde d'Aquitaine...). The charcuterie is homemade (coppa, pancetta, blood sausage...) and a catering service is available on request (cold buffet...)
