AUBERGE DU KOCHERSBERG
A historic inn converted into a traditional winstub has reopened its doors after 15 years of neglect, much to our delight.
For some fifteen years, it had been neglected. Yet the Auberge du Kochersberg has been serving Alsatian gastronomy for 70 years! Fortunately, a brand new team of enthusiasts has taken over and brought it back to life, much to our delight. Although the renovations have been extensive, they have not altered the character of the place, and we feel just as at home here as we do in our memories. The winstub is coming to life again and is already a must. The local dishes are perfectly executed, full of flavor and made with local and organic produce.
