After an absence of over fifteen years, Landersheim's winstub is back, in a modern version and of much higher quality.
The Auberge du Kochersberg has been reborn after 15 years of neglect, much to our delight! The winstub spirit is present but improved, both on the terrace and in the dining room. Everything has been modernized without losing any of its authenticity. On the menu, you'll find regional specialities as well as much more inventive dishes with a wide range of inspirations. But what do these more exotic titles have to do with a winstub? Well, it's simple: the products used are local, the meats from the area and the fish from the nearby river.
