As a starter, why not this chiffonnade of Coche de Coche ham from Pardon à Nay, followed by a whole duck breast with blueberry sauce and vegetables of the day and ended with a thin apple pie. The cuisine is a sweet alliance of terroir and refinement. Everything is homemade! In this green setting where calm reigns, it is nice, after this gourmet break in a warm and friendly setting, to stroll along the shores of the lake: creperie, glacier, promenade, bar and water activities.

Et comme la cuisine allait fermer, ils n'autorisaient pas les plats chauds, seulement les salades froides. Aucune sensibilité du tout puisque je partais avec 2 enfants dont 1 an... nous sommes partis, et nous avions envie de rester, car nous préférons quitter les endroits où les étrangers ne semblent pas les bienvenus.
