The "Fromagerie Baechler" has been showcasing its cheese-making expertise in the Lot-et-Garonne region for 5 generations. Using milk from the surrounding farms, the various cheese ranges on offer satisfy both family tables and restaurants. We also produce extra-fine churned butter, either mild or with Noirmoutier salt crystals. Flavored raclettes are one of their specialties. Petit Futé recommends ewe's milk cheese with black olives, thyme and rosemary, and creamy Tomme des Croquants. A whole palette of flavors!
