Cheeses and butters well known in the region for their gustatory quality, made with milk from local producers.

The "Fromagerie Baechler" has been showcasing its cheese-making expertise in the Lot-et-Garonne region for 5 generations. Using milk from the surrounding farms, the various cheese ranges on offer satisfy both family tables and restaurants. We also produce extra-fine churned butter, either mild or with Noirmoutier salt crystals. Flavored raclettes are one of their specialties. Petit Futé recommends ewe's milk cheese with black olives, thyme and rosemary, and creamy Tomme des Croquants. A whole palette of flavors!

Fromagerie très accueillante et très propre avec dégustation d'une large palette de fromages tous originaux et très bons !! Beurres délicieux et crème fraîche très bonne et tout ça avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Who would a cheese factory at the end of this long alley that you think rather leading to a castle? And, do not hesitate to go up the cheese factory Pieces conceals treasures. The choice is vast, always prompt advice to be given. And in your fillet, do not forget mantequilla; seafood takes pride half or the kilo for foodies and chefs. Biscuits I do this butter have nothing to do with an ordinary butter. And the mothers-to-be not worry, all cheeses are pasteurized.
