LE RELAIS DE LA VOIE VERTE
Restaurant with terrace offering fusion and local cuisine, a menu of tapas and salads.
After serving in the kitchens of large restaurants and embassies around the world (more than 25 countries to his assets!), Jean-Marc Demeusy returned to the Lédat, his home village where he laid his suitcases off the green track. There you can combine a cuisine with fusion accent, inspired by its many experiences and which, both spices and soil. Petit Smart regaled with the marinated Filipino Style Chicken and a creamy sauce mixing coco, curry, ginger and green lemon (a recipe from his Matsuura wife from the Philippines), while his friend opted for persillade shavings and olive oil. Its neighbors were attacking them with an imposing bone to the bone in perfectly controlled cooking. The wine list was developed with a friend of Jean-Marc, a former restaurant restaurant passionate about wine-making, and it is a Bordeaux Château Gaillot-Fournier 2010 that has come to accompany the meal. The menu also offers a choice of tapas and salads that in summer you can enjoy on the pleasant wooden terrace in the shade of trees or parasols.
