Sandrine Facci has been delighting customers at the Ferme-Auberge de Feuillade for 20 years. She has now moved to Lougratte, 2 steps from the church and facing the lake. The good taste of old-fashioned cooking permeates her recipes. They feature local meats and charcuterie: free-range chicken, duck sausage, rack of veal, mutton chop... The accompaniments (often a seasonal vegetable) are appropriate, and the desserts remarkably candid. You'll leave with the conviction of having shared an authentic culinary experience.
