Restaurant serving poke bowls, with veggie options, possibility to make this Hawaiian dish yourself with the ingredients

Thanks to this restaurant on the boulevard de la gare, a very trendy Hawaiian speciality has made its appearance in Marmande: the poke bowl. On a base of rice (white or brown), salmon, tuna, shrimps or teriyaki chicken are added, as well as various vegetables and fruits. Ready-made recipes are available. You can also have fun testing your own combinations of ingredients. The sauces (coconut milk/chilli, raspberry/lemon/basil, passion fruit/garlic/parsley) are a real bonus. Veggie options are available.

Je prend la grande poke pour le faire plaisir et la surprise elle met 85% de riz dans le bowl franchement déçu ils sont bien plus généreux à AUCH

Inadmissible. Notre poke est arrivé tiède. Le saumon pas frais. Merci pour l’intoxication alimentaire que j’ai subi hier après midi grâce à votre saumon. Vous devriez avoir honte de servir des commandes ainsi. Votre restaurant devrait voir ses portes fermées. Aucun respect de la chaîne du froid. Un contrôle serait de rigueur.
