Thanks to this restaurant on the boulevard de la gare, a very trendy Hawaiian speciality has made its appearance in Marmande: the poke bowl. On a base of rice (white or brown), salmon, tuna, shrimps or teriyaki chicken are added, as well as various vegetables and fruits. Ready-made recipes are available. You can also have fun testing your own combinations of ingredients. The sauces (coconut milk/chilli, raspberry/lemon/basil, passion fruit/garlic/parsley) are a real bonus.
