Restaurant in a haven of peace serving a creative and demanding cuisine, also representative of the Lot-et-Garonne region.
Florent Saint-Marc, master restaurateur, welcomes you opposite the market square in a haven of peace bordered by greenery and old bricks. Service is attentive and responsive. Half-brasserie, half-gastro, this restaurant follows in the footsteps of formal, relaxed French cuisine. Creative and demanding, the chef's recipes are a hit: squid salad and ham panna cotta tartelette, veal shank with black truffle and coconut tartelette with chocolate ganache are delicious illustrations.
