Annabelle Boat's inventive cuisine favors local and seasonal products, revisited with a touch of audacity, such as this pan-seared foie gras, passion fruit cornette wok, creamy tapioca, yuzu crisp, cocoa nibs and this filet of duckling lacquered with honey, ginger vegetables, fresh goat's cheese, red wine sauce. Homemade food makes perfect sense, as the restaurant has its own vegetable and herb garden. The pleasure of returning is all the greater given the frequent changes to the menu. A fine dining experience in elegant surroundings.
