Meat, wine and beer are the 3 poles around which the new life of the Trianon taken over by the Authentik Bistrot is articulated.
Open to outside customers, the hotel restaurant "Le Capricorne" changed hands at the beginning of summer 2023, and it's been a great success. Chef Virginie and her team bring pleasure to your plate with recipes rooted in the fine traditions of French cuisine: country-style soup, cassolette terre ou mer as starters, duck parmentier, boeuf bourguignon, veal liver, saithe en papillote as main courses. For dessert, the cloudy speculoos tiramisu won our hearts. The setting is pleasant and the service cheerful.
