Her proposals reveal flavors balanced according to seasonal products and inspiration drawn from regional or exotic recipes with an always appetizing aroma. Most often based on a choice of four starters, main courses and desserts, with a vegetarian option, the menu changes every week so as never to tire. Take-away sales are available.
