In a bright, pleasant room with a view of the Notre-Dame church, you'll set off along the well-marked path of brasserie-style cuisine, with sure-fire favourites such as foie gras terrine or salmon gravlax as starters, black pudding with apples and spices, entrecôte steak with maître d'hôtel butter, fillet of sea bream and risotto, and chocolate mousse for dessert. The place is often very busy, so remember to make reservations.
