FÊTE DE LA TOMATE

To close the summer season, Marmande is planning a major gourmet celebration around its red star. The former Tomato Fiesta, now known as the Fêtes de Marmande, returns to its roots! On the menu: two lively days with a large farmers' market, cooking competitions and gourmet stands featuring tomatoes in all their forms. Of course, this festival also involves the Confrérie de la Tomate de Marmande, a PGI tomato with a new label. The knights of the Confrérie de Tomate de Marmande will be inducted into the order, as is only fitting.
