Chic restaurant offering traditional and refined cuisine in Tarbes.
Ardoaz, a modern and chic establishment, with its small, delicately arranged shaded terrace, welcomes you to its cosy atmosphere. A magnificent slate wall room with standing room, intimate niches or designer tables marks the places where you can enjoy the peaceful spirit of a real restaurant, rare in this ultra dynamic district! You will find a cuisine that is both traditional and refined, supported by a very rich menu that changes every six months. As for the essentials, the rib steak in pure butcher's pieces, the homemade semi-cooked liver with thyme or the Gascony salad with fricassee of hearts and duck gizzards are perfect. Fresh products are favoured by a bold chef who reserves beautiful innovations such as the Burger Ardoaz: cereal bread, onion compote, bacon, sheep's cheese and steak, excellent. We appreciate the chipirons, the rich parillada of pig or the trout steak accompanied by a pumpkin purée, beautiful creations. Homemade chocolate fondant or a plate of Pyrenean sheep's cheese complete an exquisite meal. To the sound of lounge music, the gourmet café finishes it off gently and the welcome will finish seducing you.

Bref ! Mérite de faire un large détour.
