L'Europe is located in the center of Tarbes, near the pedestrian street and the department stores. This establishment has built up a solid reputation over the years. Unique and very original with its lighting and its adjustable colors, the place became the place to be for any generation. You can listen to jazz and contemporary music, and the theme nights are as frequent as they are varied. We recommend the selection of coffees and teas, and for later in the day, the list of famous cocktails.

déçue…
Serveur peu voire pas du tout souriant et sympathique. De plus, 2 monsieur mettent une musique très désagréable très fort au sûr la terrasse du café. Je ne recommande pas.
