Created in 1970 to accompany the new National Park of the Pyrenees, this association today has various vocations. Mountain outings, both summer and winter, accompanied by volunteer professionals, remain its main activity. These outputs are classified by difficulty, but also according to their themes (snow, flora, fauna…). In parallel, the Friends of the Park also organize conferences to better understand and apprehend the lands you will be forced to trample on. The subjects of these conferences are addressed by their historical and cultural aspects.
