CATHY ET JACQUES MATTHIEU
The Matthieu family chose to play the traditional duck breeding card. Mulards, of course, also called fatty ducks, a rustic species that has the characteristic of giving both an excellent fatty liver and a tasty meat. Their specialties? Delicious breasts and stuffed breasts in a thousand and a way (count about 20 € per kg), of course fatty liver, or with forest fungi, a beautiful slice of bacon, onions, garlic, mustard… Petit Smart loves the Figolive, a sweet sweet roast with fig, and pâtés with talent and imagination. What about the fatty liver proposed in all its states? The last creation of the Mathieu is the Tomatin, discovered by the Marmandais at the Tomato Fiesta 2008, this is a sauce bologna with duck meat. You can find the Matthieu in the Halle area, where they are present every morning from Tuesday to Saturday, and to Recycle market on Monday and Langon on Fridays.
