Top of the range: artisanal oils made from seeds which, after harvesting, are cleaned and ventilated to guarantee their purity. Cold-pressed to preserve their qualities, rapeseed and sunflower oils are well worth discovering, as are beef sausages and pâtés, veal rillettes and fig jams (plain, orange, walnut and hazelnut).
