Colette De Bortoli has dedicated her life to cooking, so as not to cut herself off from her Italian roots and human contact. In this cute restaurant-tea room, you can take a break with a cup of tea, of course, but also with Colette's pastries, including fruit tarts. She prepares traditional Italian dishes and other succulent recipes based on free-range poultry (hen, guinea fowl) or a delicious salmon with steamed potatoes. You'll also find her family's wines, including Domaine de Caude and its Perle d'or. Molto buono!
