Frédéric and Tamaki, originally from Toulouse, combine their passions for gastronomy and poetry. Their dishes are true tributes to refined cuisine: vegetables and herbs explode in color, fragrances enchant and flavors tell a tale of culinary poetry. The 7 o'clock lamb, organic salmon gravlax, tuna tataki and eggplant meli-melo with parmesan and pesto are delights to be discovered, before being charmed by the homemade desserts. In the evening, enjoy mixed platters, tapas and stews.
