A medieval site on a rocky spur dominating the Lot in which it is beautifully reflected, Puy-the Bishop stands out by many exceptional remains: th century dungeon, golden stone manor houses, th century Chapelle chapel, etc… A small hike through the hanging gardens leads from La Place Square to the bilge, a former port where the gabares were pressed to carry the wine in the vicinity of the activities related to navigation: boatmen, cloutiers, submarine.
