Célia, Robin and Adrien have made a name for themselves behind the enigmatic Ernestine, offering explosive, authentic cuisine thanks to their experience at Ducasse, in Australia and in Japan. In the end, the trio harmonizes perfectly with Célia in the dining room and the boys in the kitchen, who like to work with seasonal produce: grilled beef chuck with gochujang sauce, hake and onion stuffed with fennel compote in winter, and Oriental-style lamb in summer. The restaurant is beautifully decorated, as are the dishes served!

Such an epic little treasure. Absolutely beautiful setting and the food has depth of flavor and imagination. English spoke and the service was top. Highly recommend.
