In the kitchens, Jerome Munoz, a young chef with an exuberant imagination prepares tasty and delicious dishes. Giving pride of place to fish, fresh products and refinement, the hotel can boast of an excellent carte worthy of great restaurants. The dishes speak for themselves and are charming: samosas in wood mushrooms, prawns blazed with Ballantine or salmon terrine with vegetables, basil chlorophyll, lettuce and sesame honey biscuit! There is nothing to add, the dishes of this young chef will charm you. Fans of seafood will be satisfied by a composed menu. It is an asset for a region that is far from the seaside! Finally, throughout the year, the hotel organizes free dinner-concerts.

Le cadre est magnifique, le personnel aux petits soins.

on ne nage pas dans l excellence mais plats bien dressés excellente présentation mais gout banal, non relevé un peu sans gout, meme le foie gras ma femme le fait mieux quant au plat revisité toujours sans gout mais sauce divine un desert classique note correcte mais donne pas envie de revenir ah! petit asterisque , choix une feuille avec 4 entrées au choix 4 plats au choix et 4 desserts au choix décevant.....
