In the kitchens, Jerome Munoz, a young chef with an exuberant imagination prepares tasty and delicious dishes. Giving pride of place to fish, fresh products and refinement, the hotel can boast of an excellent carte worthy of great restaurants. The dishes speak for themselves and are charming: samosas in wood mushrooms, prawns blazed with Ballantine or salmon terrine with vegetables, basil chlorophyll, lettuce and sesame honey biscuit! There is nothing to add, the dishes of this young chef will charm you. Fans of seafood will be satisfied by a composed menu. It is an asset for a region that is far from the seaside! Finally, throughout the year, the hotel organizes free dinner-concerts.

Sumptuous, unfortunately we could not eat on the terrace. We were disappointed by the reception, we were left after our arrived. We have to claim the wine that we had ordered. The evening is completed by a group of French music, very nice. The main course was very well presented, the only downside dessert was not has the height. We are on our end
