She now offers a catering service for special events, featuring all the savory and sweet flavors of her Afro-European cuisine (Joelle is originally from Gabon). Whether it's an aperitif or a full meal, she adapts to her customers' requests and budgets to prepare a tailor-made meal. She also works as a home chef and runs culinary workshops.
