A waterfall in the Dordogne valley, with a GR trail that allows you to explore part of the river.

Autoire and the surrounding area, with its famous and spectacular waterfall, is one of those magical places in the heart of the Lot, a true symbol of the soul of Quercy. The waterfall, the most emblematic in the département, is located in the Dordogne valley, just 2 km from the village of Autoire. A Grande Randonnée (GR) trail takes you into the heart of the wilderness, where you'll discover an impressive 30-metre waterfall. The same trail leads up to a ridge, past the 13th-century "Château des Anglais".

Après une marche d'une demi heure environ, on a eu la surprise de découvrir une très belle cascade, de trente mètres environ, cela vaut le détour , si vous passez un jour dans le lot ,il faut aller la voir.
