The chef Julie Alliet of this traditional southwestern inn has inherited the old-fashioned recipes of a French cuisine that comforts and fulfills childhood with gourmet dishes. The plates are tasty and extremely generous. In any season, the tradition at Lou Bourdié is to start the meal with soup! Believe us, it will surely be the best you will ever taste! Une cuisine du Terroir, pour ma part ,généreuse en quantité, ( juste un manque de relief gustatif ).
Monique n'y officie plus mais la relève est là et elle assure !
Une gastronomie simple, généreuse, faite maison et de saison comme on n'en trouve plus beaucoup.
Service impeccable.
Ah... L'inénarrable soupe, les crêpes Suzette (préparées sous vos yeux), tout est propice au voyage régional et local des yeux et des papilles !

Nous étions 4 pour le repas du midi.
Après mention que nous devions retourner travailler vers 14h, le service à été rapide sans pour autant toucher à sa qualité.
Les repas étaient excellents et très bien servis.
Mention spéciale pour le potage qui était à tomber par terre !
