LA FERME DES BORIES-HAUTES
Christophe Besse, a former cook-charcher, started in 2008 in the breeding of gaseous hogs for the greatest pleasure of gourmets. At its lotan farm, pigs are raised on a forested route with 10 pigs per hectare, for a minimum of 14 months. They are fed with barley, starch and peas: guarantee of a quality product. In a dependence on the farm, you will find the charming direct selling shop to the stone walls of Causse, which hosts an old bread oven. Christophe declines a range of salted, preserved, fresh meat and subvacuum products. If you are curious and frivolous, don't hesitate to question the man of the Bories-Hautes! It will lead you with a smile in his paradise, in the midst of pigs and nature. Do not hesitate to call to make an appointment.
