Michelin-star Benjamin Toursel magnifies gastronomy. What a culinary symphony in this inn, ideally decorated to complement the Chef's work! The titles go hand in hand. Green asparagus, tarragon and fir for starters. The main course features lamb fillet, coriander yoghurt, almond praline, dates, grapefruit and chickpea flour polenta. To finish, seasonal strawberries with arugula pesto, tomato condiment, basil coulis and milky mousse. Benjamin's wife Agathe's service adds the finishing touch. Great art.
