AUBERGE DU MAS D'ASPECH
Restaurant with a menu of Quercy specialties and other local delicacies
In the kitchen, we serve in the purest tradition of traditional catering. À la carte, Quercy's specialities compete in flavour and refinement: country soup cooked over a wood fire, potted chicken, pan-fried foie gras with capers, calf's head, stuffed cabbage, duck confit, hare stew and other local delicacies. The chef's cuisine satisfies in many ways the taste buds of the most discerning palates. From December to March, he can even concoct an "all-truffle" menu for you, from the aperitif to the dessert.

Great ambience. Very slow service for drinks and refills. We phoned 2 weeks ahead to warn that one person is Vegetarian. We were expecting a nice seasonal vegetable option for my friend but they just plated up the same food without the meat or offered an omelette. Not acceptable. Such a shame as fabulous venue. They do try hard.
