accueil téléphonique à la réservation
L'accueil téléphonique que m'a réservé Mme Marmiesse pour une réservation le 7/10/20 n'est pas digne d'un hébergeur. Avant même que je m'exprime, elle a été agressive, j'ai senti réellement que je la dérangeait. Il est évident que je ne le conseille pas.

je ne comprend pas ce que ce monsieur me reproche , si je me souviens bien j'ai eu une personne qui ma téléphoné pour5 personnes et je lui ai répondu qu'il fallait prendre les 3 chambres,je ne vois pas ce qu'il y à de pas aimable dans ma réponse , de toute façon je ne les aurais certainement pas pris dans mon établissement vu que ma maman est très mal et s'il faut que je parte je ne vais pas m'engager à louer pour après refuser la réservation .
