Restaurant proposing a local kitchen with good products of Quercy.
Bistro 1911 has been run by the Marre family since... 1911, of course. Chef Alexandre Marre offers traditional recipes with a creative twist: saithe on celery risotto, grilled beef deglazed with soy, or a tasty bistro burger. But the signature recipe is the Pierre Marre egg, Alexandre's grandfather: poached egg in a vol-au-vent with pan-fried foie gras and truffle sauce. Listed as one of the Bonnes Tables du Lot, Bistro 1911 also boasts a superb décor, with stained-glass windows, moldings and an ambiance that takes you back in time.
