In a beautiful half-timbered building, chef Thomas is keen to work as much as possible with local, seasonal and organic produce, offering recipes that change with the seasons. He likes to propose dishes that mix textures as much as flavors, and adds his own touch of originality: duck breast with crème de cassis sauce, turbot in a rosemary crust, lasagne with seasonal vegetables...
