Because there is more to life than duck breast, Cahors is home to this little nugget of world cuisine called La Balinaise. In the kitchen, Citra, an Indonesian chef, prepares dishes that will take you straight to Bali: caramelized pork ribs, yellow chicken braised with herbs and notes of honey or marinated in coconut milk and lemongrass, grilled tofu with peanut sauce... All this in a small room decorated as it should be and an impeccable service provided by Jerome, native Lotois but Indonesian at heart. We ask for more!
