Small nugget of world cuisine in Cahors concocting Balinese dishes.

Because there's more to life than duck breast, Cahors is home to La Balinaise, a little nugget of world cuisine. In the kitchen, Citra Winayu, a talented Indonesian chef, prepares dishes that will take you straight to Bali: caramelized pork ribs, yellow chicken braised with herbs and notes of honey or marinated in coconut milk and lemongrass, grilled tofu with peanut sauce... Fragrant treasures that will make your taste buds dance, all in a small room decorated just the way you like it. We'll be back for more!

A recommander à 200%
