The Ecole des Métiers du Lot opened its educational restaurant in 2022. The room is vast, bright and elegant, the service impeccable, and the dishes are prepared with great care: fresh, local produce such as poached trout in milk as a starter, followed by a ballotine of poultry with prunes, for a lovely marriage of flavors, colors and textures. The result is worthy of great professionals, all accompanied by excellent local wines. Although the price is low, the menu is masterful, from starter to dessert: 20/20!
