Market cuisine, since the market hall is just across the street, where home-made is king. Starters take on the appearance of pintxos. Main courses include grilled sardines with chorizo butter, pressed lamb confit, oven-roasted sea bass fillet, beef shank parmentier revisited... Finish with raw-milk ewe's milk cheese with black cherry jam or a homemade dessert, all accompanied by biodynamic and natural wines.
