In a small street in the old center of Cahors, Bergougnoux is a traditional family restaurant where the chef likes to simmer his dishes: marmite of fish, saddle of lamb, cassoulet... But also classics of Lot cuisine, such as duck confit. Vegetables from the market accompany the pot-au-feu-style dishes, all served in good quantity. Desserts are homemade: will you have a slice of chocolate cake or blueberry tart? The chef leaves his kitchen at the end of service to meet his customers.
