The Pébeyre House specializes in truffle in the… 1897! As you will have understood, it is a long tradition that has been cultivated here, with know-how, for over 115 years. If you want to discover the valuable tuber, you hit the right door, since you can acquire fresh truffles or canned truffles, but also salt, oil perfumed to truffle, sauce to the truffles to marry with a delicious pan-fried foie gras, for example! The Pébeyre house is designed by a neighbouring craftsman with an excellent, fat-filled foie gras and a semi-preserved liver, which far exceeds the usual grammages, with 10% of truffle!
