LES DÉLICES DU VALENTRÉ
Roland and Annick Périn handed over Les Délices du Valentré to Cédric Fauvel in 2019. This young pastry chef, who has been an employee of the company since 2005, will take over from them. This high place of the chocolate cadurcien is well and truly an address of reference. Among the flagship products of the establishment, we find the hull, the pastis, the diamonds of saffron, the cabécou with chocolate, the cayrou. On the savory side, the quiche lorraine, the "bouchées à la reine", the ham and cheese croustade are sure values on which Cédric continues to bet.
