Trained as a pastry chef, Jérôme Moulinou became a Lotois after training at the prestigious Lycée Hôtelier de Souillac. After a career in the restaurant trade, he opened his own store in Cahors, "Lilu", in homage to his two daughters, Lina and Lucine. In 2021, he will be competing for the title of Best Bakery in France. In his bakery, the bread is deliciously crusty, and his pastries are a great success. His mastery of pastry-making techniques enables him to create remarkable pieces.
